What is it
Claritin tablets are an antiallergy medicine. It is used to treat the allergic symptoms of hayfever and other allergies such as dust mites. Clarityn can help relieve the symptoms of these allergies including sneezing, runny or itchy nose, itchy palate and itchy, red or tearing eyes.

Dosage
Adults and children over 12 years of age and weighing more than 30 kg. take 1 tablet once a day.
Children 212 years and weighing more than 30 kg. take one tablet once a day.
Children 212 years and weighing less than 30 kg. take half a tablet once a day.

Warnings and Cautions
Do not exceed the stated dose
Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
If symtoms persist consult your doctor or pharmacist.
Keep all medicines out of the reach and sight of children.
Clarityn does not normally cause drowsiness. However as with all medicines care should be taken as there may be rare exceptions.
If you have severe liver problems your doctor or pharmacist may advise you to take the recommended amount every other day. If this applies to you follow their instructions.

Ingredients
Each tablet contains 10mg loratadine. It contains also lactose monohydrate, maize starch, magnesium stearate.
