Procedures Patients Must Follow for Booking and Receiving Covid 19 Vaccine At Leahys

Ensure to answer all qualifying question accurately to ensure suitability
On day of vaccine, ensure to wear a mask at all times
Ensure to wear a garment with either short sleeves or loose sleeves that can be rolled up
Plan on waiting 15 minutes post vaccine for observation
Please be on time as if you miss your appointment time you will need to be rescheduled so as not to impact any other patients
Please do not attend if you have any of the symptoms of Covid 19
